Stress Relief 

Encouraging relaxation, lowering blood pressure and heart rate, improving digestion and blood circulation, boosting immune system, easing symptoms of anxiety, asthma, fatigue and insomnia

Practicing regularly increases strength and flexibility, increased range of motion in previously stiff areas relives pain and corrects bad posture
